Job Summary:
A Sterile Processing Technician located in Clinton Township, Michigan. This position involves cleaning, inspecting, assembling, sterilizing, and disinfecting surgical products used to support physicians and surgical teams across various departments, including inpatient, outpatient, operating room, emergency room, and delivery room. Candidates are required to bring their license on their first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Clinton Township, MI
• Schedule: Rotating shifts availableone shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, another from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week and shift hours of 8 per day.
• Required Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent; Central Service Certification; at least 5-7 years of experience in sterile processing; good interpersonal communication, computer skills, and customer service skills; attendance is essential; candidates must have BLS certification preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Completion of a medical terminology course is preferred; BLS certification is advantageous.
• Additional Information: The candidate will work closely with surgical specialty teams to ensure supplies for each patient are available when needed, coordinate case cart preparation according to surgeon preferences, and handle sterilization monitoring processes for compliance with standards.
