Job Summary:
Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Garrison, North Dakota. This role involves working in a 26-bed long-term care facility, focused on patient care for individuals with chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and dementia. The successful candidate must bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Garrison, North Dakota
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Licensure to submit; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; LTC experience of at least 2 years; no specific minimum experience requirement listed.
• Clinical Duties: Acting as charge nurse, passing medications, performing wound care, and supporting long-term resident care.
• Equipment & Systems: EMR system is MatrixCare/MatrixBSN.
• Additional Information: Every other major holiday shifts are required; RTO (Reasonable Time Off) must be requested upfront with 7 or fewer days' notice per 13-week contract, as additional RTO requests will not be approved.
• Shift & Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with no blocked schedule or self-scheduling options.
• Floating: Not specified.
• Other Requirements: Must be presentable and in clean scrubs; RNs are not required to attend team conferences or read strips; no on-site RTs, or additional onsite therapies.
