Job Summary:
A healthcare organization is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a full-time position in Hermiston, Oregon. The ER RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered emergency care, including triage, assessments, emergency treatments, and patient education. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Hermiston, OR
• Specialty: Emergency Room (ER)
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts, scheduled on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday from 07:00 to 19:30
• Schedule: 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; current RN license in the State of Oregon; ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications; no minimum years of experience required
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous clinical experience and certifications specific to clinical specialty are desired
• Additional Information: The ER RN will perform patient assessments, triage, administer emergency treatments, monitor vital signs, collaborate with medical teams, accurately document patient information, and respond to critical situations. Must be able to work in a high-stress environment, handle a diverse patient population, and work long shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged walking and standing, and responding swiftly in emergency situations.
