Description

Job Summary:
The organization is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a position located in Seaside, Oregon. This role involves providing critical emergency nursing care in a busy ED environment, with responsibilities that include managing ventilated patients, performing invasive procedures, and interpreting complex clinical data. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

  • Location: Seaside, OR
  • Shift: Rotating, 12-hour shifts
  • Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
  • Start Date: 08/03/2026
  • Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, 3 years of emergency department experience, community hospital experience, current ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC certifications, and EMR experience with Epic.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with community hospital procedures and advanced emergency nursing protocols.
  • Float: Float to sister facilities nearby; refusal to float may affect assignment terms.
  • Additional Information: Candidate must have a vehicle for travel between facilities. Travel may include floating between sister facilities; all scheduling requests should be made upfront. Candidates should not contact the facility directly unless previously arranged.
  • Vaccinations: COVID-19 vaccine and Flu vaccine.
  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC.
  • Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts, 36 hours minimum per week.
  • Experience Required: 3 years of emergency nursing experience, community hospital experience, and proficiency with the Epic charting system.
  • Other Requirements: Must include responses to prior employment at Providence facilities if applicable; references covering the last 3 years; a vehicle for assignment; and adherence to all procedural and scheduling policies.
