Job Summary:
The Massachusetts (MA) licensed Registered Nurse (RN) position in Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) is located in Milton, Massachusetts. The role involves providing patient care on a 12-hour night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including weekend and holiday rotations. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. This position requires recent acute Medical Surgical with Telemetry nursing experience, along with Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system proficiency.

Job Details:

• Location: Milton, Massachusetts

• Shift: 12H nights, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM, with weekend and holiday rotation if applicable
• Schedule: 36 hours per week minimum
• Required Qualifications: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing; recent acute Medical Surgical with Telemetry nursing experience of at least 2+ years; CPR and ACLS certification; Epic EMR experience required; MA license required at time of submission; must be separated from the organization for 6+ months and in good standing; no locals within 50 miles will be considered.
• Additional Information: The unit cares for a wide variety of surgical and overflow medical patients. All RNs are required to read and interpret their own strips as this unit does not have telemetry technicians. RN candidates must pass ECG/telemetry and medications tests during onboarding with a passing score of 85%, with no opportunity for remediation. Candidates must complete testing within 48 hours of confirmation, with tests administered via Zoom.
