Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical with Telemetry at a healthcare organization in Milton, Massachusetts. This full-time position involves caring for surgical and medical patients, including those requiring telemetry monitoring, with a focus on preparing for ECG and tele referrals, and interpreting strips independently. The role is scheduled for day shifts and is suited for experienced nurses with recent acute medical-surgical tele experience.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Recent acute Medical Surgical with Telemetry nursing experience (minimum 2 years), current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing, CPR certification, ACLS certification, EPIC EMR experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Epic experience preferred.
• Additional Information:
  • RNs are responsible for placing IVs with support available from nurse supervisors and managers.
  • This unit does not have telemetry technicians; all RNs are required to read and interpret their own strips.
  • Must pass ECG/telemetry test and medications test during onboarding, with a passing score of 85%; only one attempt allowed, with testing conducted via Zoom prior to acceptance.
  • RN must be separated from the organization for 6 or more months and in good standing to be considered.
  • EPIC experience required.
  • No locals will be considered within 50 miles.
  • This is an 8-week assignment starting on August 4, 2026.
