Job Summary:
This is a registered nurse (RN) position on the Medical-Surgical Oncology Floor located in Lewiston, Maine. Candidates will be responsible for providing patient care in a 24/7 hospital setting with a focus on oncology, general surgery, and complex patient needs. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

• Schedule: 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, 36 hours guaranteed per week, 3 days per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Basic Life Support (BLS); minimum of 2+ years of experience; experience with Wound Vacs, Prevena Vacs, Baxter IV Pumps, Cancer, Diabetes Mellitus (DM), Pneumonia (PNA), General Surgery; proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems including Omnicell and EPIC
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in oncology, general surgery, and complex wound care management
• Float: Float to all inpatient areas may be required
• Additional Information:
  • Patient Ratios: 1:6
  • Dress Code: Scrubs in navy blue
  • Shift Time: 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
