Job Summary:
An Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Bryan, Texas. This role involves working in a dynamic, high-volume ER environment with a focus on trauma and stroke care. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position offers a rotating shift schedule with 12-hour shifts starting between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

Job Details:

• Location: Bryan, Texas
• Shift: Rotating 12-hour shifts starting between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM; minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: RN license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course), NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale); must have 2 or more years of recent ER experience working in a facility with similar patient volume and trauma level; comfortable with central line placement, multiple trauma procedures including chest tubes, stroke, and trauma care.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a high-volume ER, trauma, or stroke center.
• Additional Information: This position involves floating to assist with staffing needs, rotating in with core ER staff, and providing specialized trauma and stroke care. The ER handles a variety of patient diagnoses, including trauma, chest pain, strokes, and pediatric cases.

• Certification and License Submission: RN license required with license to submit.
