Job Summary:
This opportunity is for an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Prescott Valley, Arizona. The role requires providing specialized care in a multi-care unit environment, supporting patients with various complex medical conditions. Candidates are expected to bring their nursing license on the first day of assignment.

• Required Qualifications: Active nursing license; BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications; at least 2 years of ICU experience; experience in larger facilities with at least one year in PCU/Med surg if applicable; strong skills in ICU and PCU/Med surg; proficiency with Cerner EMR system.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, every other weekend (Friday and Saturday for nights, Saturday and Sunday for days); holiday rotation to distribute holidays fairly.
• Additional Information: The role involves floating to other units such as Pediatric units and West Campus ICU/PCU to maintain competency; float to our EC MST & Pediatric units, with two hours' notice before floating.
• Experience: 0 years minimum experience required (role-specific expectations include at least 2 years ICU experience).
