Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Home Health Infusion in Walnut Creek, California. This position requires candidates to hold an active California license and to bring their license on the first day. The role involves providing infusion care and clinical services within a home health setting, following established protocols and guidelines.
Job Details:
- Location: Walnut Creek, California
- Schedule: 8-Hour Days, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid California nursing license; Certification in Chemotherapy Immunotherapy from the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) / Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation (ONCC); Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications from the American Heart Association; No gaps in work history greater than 30 days without explanation; Charting experience in all work history; Experience with facility beds and trauma levels filled out on all work history; COVID declinations and exemptions are allowed; Skills checklist completed within 1 year; Reference checked within 1 year for modality applying for; Must have experience working with a minimum of 0 years.
