Job Summary:
The healthcare organization is seeking a Nursing Supervisor in the nursing leadership specialty for a position located in Hayward, Wisconsin. This role involves supervising clinical activities within an acute care setting, specifically in the emergency room and medical-surgical units. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment. The position involves weekend night shifts.

Job Details:

• Location: Hayward, WI
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts on weekends
• Required Qualifications: Valid license; certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) American Heart Association (AHA), Basic Life Support (BLS) AHA, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) AHA; minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory nursing role
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in emergency room and medical-surgical units is preferred
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Additional Information: The assignment includes a cancellation policy allowing the client to cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a 13-week duration. The unit operates within an acute care setting with a trauma level designation.
