Job Summary:
A position for an Endoscopy Nurse is available in Wheeling, West Virginia. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. This role involves working in an Endoscopy (GI) laboratory setting, performing intra-operative circulation duties while maintaining knowledge of Endoscopy procedures and equipment. Candidates should be familiar with electronic medical records, particularly EPIC.

Job Details:

• Location: Wheeling, West Virginia
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, four 10-hour shifts with some weekend and holiday call responsibilities
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required
• Required Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Endoscopy procedures, knowledge of Endoscopy equipment, and familiarity with EPIC electronic medical record system; valid active license to submit
• Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Epic is a plus
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Knowledge of Epic is a plus. Candidates must adhere to a 50-mile radius rule.
• Note: Shifts may include some weekend and holiday call, with a response time of 30 minutes, typically flexible.
• Cancellation Policy: Two shifts per 13-week contract.
