Description

Job Summary:
The operating room in Fargo, North Dakota, is seeking qualified circulator nurses for upcoming assignments. This role involves providing patient care and documentation in a fast-paced surgical environment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of their shift.

Job Details:

  • Location: Fargo, North Dakota
  • Shift Schedule: 8 or 10 hour shifts Monday through Friday, with one weekend call every six weeks, and stay late shifts 1-2 times per week. These late shifts are considered an extension of core shifts.
  • Required Qualifications: Certifications include BLS from the American Heart Association (AHA); active North Dakota or Compact RN license (willing to obtain); minimum of 2 years of experience with general surgical cases, gynecology, urology, and laparoscopic procedures; experience working in a large hospital or Level 2 or higher trauma facility; minimum experience required is 2 years.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Ability to work in a fast-paced operating room environment.
  • Additional Information:
    • Candidates must be able to badge in and out at the facility.
    • Scrubs provided are Ceil Blue.
    • May float to select campuses in Fargo supporting multiple operating rooms; float to other departments is rare but possible if case volume is low.
    • Prospective candidates living within 80 miles of the facility are eligible at the local travel rate, with rates reduced by $8.00/hour for those living within 60 to 80 miles.
    • To be considered, applicants must submit interview availability and note if they have previously worked for the healthcare organization, with the end date of prior employment being at least six months before the submission date.
    • The client may cancel shifts up to 12 hours every 13 weeks.
