Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in Kansas City, Missouri. This role involves providing specialized perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a skilled healthcare professional to support various surgical procedures within a busy operating room setting.

Job Details:

• Location: Kansas City, Missouri
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS); minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; ability to perform procedures on a variety of surgical units including Hearts, Trauma, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Urology, Gynecology, and Robotics (DaVinci and Mako); Certification in Operating Room skills preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Advanced skills in surgical procedures, familiarity with Meditech documentation system, experience in a Level I trauma center, and knowledge of OR-specific equipment.
• Additional Information: The role involves supporting surgical teams in a hospital surgical department with a high standard of clinical care. Candidates should be adaptable to floating policies where applicable and comfortable working in a multi-specialty operative environment.
