Description

Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and Delivery (L&D) in Wenatchee, Washington. This position involves providing high-quality patient care within the labor and delivery unit, adhering to hospital policies and standards. Candidates are required to bring their Washington State or Compact RN license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

  • Location: Wenatchee, Washington
  • Shift: Night shift (E/N), 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Valid Washington State or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license; active Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certifications; adherence to hospital policies and standards; current with legal nursing practices; ability to float as a sitter if needed; willingness to take call if census is low
  • Job functions include coordinating and providing patient-centered care, developing and reassessing care plans, administering medications and treatments, conducting and documenting assessments, educating patients and their families, delegating to non-licensed assistive personnel, communicating with healthcare team, maintaining a safe environment, and participating in performance improvement activities
  • No float rotation required
  • Minimum experience required: 0 years
