Job Summary:
This Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) position is based in Martinsville, Virginia. The role involves providing compassionate and professional care in a busy emergency department serving patients of all ages. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Martinsville, VA
• Specialty: Emergency Room (ER)
• Role: RN in Emergency Department
• Shift: Evening shift, 12 hours per shift
• Schedule: Weekly guaranteed hours of 36 hours; weekend hours as needed and every other
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI/Handle with Care, NIHSS, PALS or ENPC
• Education and Licensure: Valid RN license in Virginia with required certifications to work as an RN in Virginia
• Experience: 0 years minimum, but ideally 1-2 years in Emergency Room setting
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: All travelers must have the required certifications prior to start. The facility requires consent for random drug screening and completion of a Criminal Questionnaire/Consent Form. Random drug screens are completed on site.
