Job Summary
The organization is seeking a qualified ICU Neurological (Intensive Care Unit Neurological) professional for a position at a healthcare facility. This role involves managing patients in a 19-bed Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit, providing care for individuals with acute stroke, subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), seizures, and post-surgical neurology patients. The successful candidate will perform invasive intracranial pressure monitoring, neurological assessments, hemodynamic monitoring, and routine imaging procedures.

Job Details

• Position Description: 19-bed Neurosurgical ICU caring for acute stroke, SAH, seizures, and post-surgical patients requiring invasive intracranial pressure monitoring, frequent neurological assessments, hemodynamic monitoring, and routine CT, MRI, and Angio. 2-3:1 patient assignments, may need to float to other ICUs/Step-down units.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications, education requirements, degree requirements, location requirements, and a minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Schedule: Dayshift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Candidates must submit a completed UHS Skills Checklist, Driver's License or State ID, UHS Submission Packet, and UHS Prior Employment Form for consideration.
