Job Summary:
Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) in the United States. This position involves providing patient care in the surgical environment, working closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to ensure high-quality care according to regulatory standards, hospital policies, and physician orders. The role requires flexibility to cover rotating shifts including nights and weekends, with on-call responsibilities.

Job Details:

• Location: 820 East Mountain View Street, Barstow, California, 92311
• Schedule: Rotating shifts, starting on 09/07/2026, with 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday. Must be available for night and weekend on-call. Minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active California RN license, BLS certification, ACLS certification, PALS certification, at least 2 years of prior travel experience. No local candidates will be accepted.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in operating room nursing and familiarity with surgical protocols and standards.
• Additional Information: The RN demonstrates critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership while planning patient care in the operating room. Responsibilities include ensuring supplies, managing case timeliness, communication with families, updating physician preference cards, scrubbing, assisting during surgical cases, and supervising personnel delivering patient care. This position is created due to vacancy and is being recruited as a temporary contract to support increased volume needs.
