Job Summary:
This Nursing Supervisor position is located in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role entails overseeing hospital operations with a focus on leadership and clinical excellence. The schedule includes 12-hour daytime shifts, with coverage every other weekend and holiday.
Job Details:
- Specialty: Nursing Supervisor
- Schedule: 12H Days; minimum 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree required; Massachusetts license required; BLS and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA) required; 3-5 years of nursing experience required; 2 years in leadership; Epic electronic health record experience required; mandatory separation from the healthcare provider for 6 months prior to consideration (permanent, per diem, or contract).
- Additional Information: Past experience as a supervisor is required; BILH coversheet required at the time of submission; shifts include every other weekend and holiday coverage.
