Job Summary:
A Medical Surgical Floor registered nurse is sought for a 13-week contract in Aberdeen, Washington. This position involves night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, totaling 36 hours per week, with every other weekend off and flexibility to pick up additional shifts. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role entails providing direct patient care in a hospital setting within a facility that offers a supportive and collaborative environment.

Job Details:

• Location: Aberdeen, Washington
• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid current Washington State registered nurse license or multi-state licenses; approved 6-hour suicide training; verification of demographics from Nursys; BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) certifications. Knowledge of Meditech electronic medical record system is helpful but not required.
• Position Duration: 13 weeks with RTO (Request for Time Off) must be approved and added to the end of the contract
• Additional Information: Candidates must be team players, willing to float in rotation to other departments. Close proximity to PNW beaches and Olympic National Forest.
