Job Summary:
The location is in Poulsbo, Washington. The organization is seeking a qualified Staff Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee dialysis patient care at various clinic sites on the peninsula. The RN will be responsible for providing patient education, supervising Dialysis Technicians, adjusting treatment plans in accordance with standing orders and care protocols, monitoring patient outcomes, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of the assignment.

Job Details:

• Shift: Days, with flexibility to work any shift (AM/PM) depending on staffing needs. Shift hours are 10 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Washington State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact Nurse license; current CPR with a Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card from the American Heart Association; minimum of 1 year nursing experience; previous dialysis experience is required; prior experience in acute or ambulatory nursing is preferred.
• Location: The position is available at clinic locations in Poulsbo, Bremerton, Port Orchard, and Port Townsend, Washington.
• Additional Information: The role involves working any day Monday through Saturday, covering various clinic sites on the peninsula starting from 07/06/2026.
