Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) position in San Francisco, California. The role involves providing high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating knowledge of evidence-based practices, and ensuring patient safety. The RN will be responsible for clinical assessments, procedures, patient education, and collaboration with the healthcare team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: California RN Licensure, BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS, PALS, 2 years of experience in Emergency Room, experience with Epic charting system, familiarity with adult, pediatric, and geriatric emergency care.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous charge nurse experience.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Role involves managing complex emergency cases, including trauma, stroke, cardiac events, and severe injuries. Candidates must be committed to safety, quick decision-making, and patient advocacy. All certifications must be current and uploaded as part of the application process.
