Job Summary:
Palo Alto, California The organization is seeking a qualified Clinical Nurse (CN) with a focus on Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for a healthcare facility. Shift Hours: 12-hour shifts, rotating schedule
Minimum Hours Per Week: 36.0 hours
Start Date: 07/19/2026
Required Qualifications: CA-RN (Registered Nurse) license, current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred, ability to communicate effectively in English, no minimum years of experience required.
Responsibilities: Providing patient-centered care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions; collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare team members; teaching patients and staff; participating in ongoing professional development; responding to emergencies and monitoring patient responses.
Additional Information: The Clinical Nurse creates a healing environment, identifies patient needs for self-care education, supports team building, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.
