Job Summary:
The Emergency Room Registered Nurse position is located in Fallon, Nevada. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients in accordance with institutional policies and professional nursing standards. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment. The position offers the opportunity to provide critical care in a fast-paced emergency environment, utilizing specialized skills and judgment to support patient health and recovery.

Job Details:

• Location: Fallon, Nevada
• Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36.0

• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice, or a temporary/interim RN license in the state, or a compact RN licensure for the current state. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required.
• Experience: Experience in the clinical area for which he or she is applying is desired. Minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital setting, including recent work within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the specialty area.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, along with professional certification.
• Additional Information: Employees working at specific facilities may need to possess and maintain state-specific Fingerprint Clearance Cards, such as Arizona or Colorado, as applicable.
• Schedule: Shift Time - Days; Shift Hours - 12; Minimum Hours Per Week - 36.
• Position Responsibilities: Includes patient assessment, care planning and implementation, evaluation of patient responses, documentation, and participation in evidence-based practice. The nurse will collaborate with the healthcare team and may supervise other staff as appropriate.
