Job Summary:
A registered nurse (RN) specializing in postpartum care is needed at a healthcare facility located in McKinney, Texas. This role involves working overnight shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with candidates required to bring their nursing license on the first day. The position requires a focus on postpartum patients, providing quality care in a supportive environment.

Job Details:

• Location: McKinney, Texas
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), mother-baby experience, valid nursing license, no specific experience minimum.
• Additional Information: Every other weekend on call/not call; one position available.
• Responsibilities include caring for postpartum mothers and performing GYN and postpartum procedures.
• Typical unit equipment includes electronic medical records (EMR) system Meditech and CPNT.
• Ideal candidates will have a warm and bubbly personality and previous mother-baby experience.
• Floating area(s): staff may be required to float to different postpartum units as needed.
• Candidates without the required certifications and experience will not be considered.
