Description

Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a qualified Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) nurse for a position in Burlington, Massachusetts. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment, with scheduled shifts of 12 hours during the day. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work.

  • Required Qualifications: Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) - American Heart Association (AHA), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - AHA; Education and Degree Requirements as per licensure; Location Requirements: candidate must be separated from previous BILH employment for a minimum of 6 months to be considered (permanent, per diem, or contract).
  • Preferred Qualifications: Epic experience, Level 1 trauma experience, NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) certification.
  • Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, weekly start dates (Mondays), floating in 4-hour blocks as needed; floating is rare but possible.
  • Additional Information:
    • Ratios will be between 1:3-5 and may include floating to emergency department, inpatient units, post-anesthesia care unit (PACU), and other boarding units.
    • Day one pass/fail testing will be administered.
    • Submission requires BILH coversheet at the time of submission.
    • Relias practice tests available through Relias platform.
    • Must have no prior travel to qualify without Level 1 trauma experience, which is required if prior travel experience is absent.
    • The interview team will call for IVS review prior to forwarding to the manager for consideration.
