Description

Job Summary:
A registered nurse specializing in home healthcare is needed in Pennsylvania. The position involves providing patient care in adult home health settings, with a focus on clinical assessments, medication management, wound care, and various specialized procedures. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of assignment. The work location includes traveling between specific counties, with additional operational details to be followed.

Job Details:

Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with every 4th weekend rotation.
Required Qualifications: Valid RN license; ASN or BSN degree; minimum of 2 years of home healthcare experience; experience with electronic medical records (EPIC); certifications including BLS; ability to work within local radius of 50 miles; COVID-19 and flu vaccination.
Preferred Qualifications: EPIC charting system experience, previous charge experience in home health, and specific clinical skills outlined in the position description.
Additional Information: The position may require caring for COVID-19 patients, and the facility is tobacco and fragrance-free. RTO requests should be minimized to 7 days maximum per contract.
