Description

Job Summary:
The Labor and Delivery Nurse position is based at a prominent healthcare organization located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing specialized maternity care in a newly established Women's Hospital. The nurse will participate in a rotating shift schedule, including both day and night shifts, with on-call responsibilities as scheduled. The position requires the delivery of high-quality patient care in a dynamic, fast-paced environment dedicated to womens health services.

Job Details:

Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Schedule: Rotating shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM; 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), at least 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery or related maternity care, ability to work in the United States, and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
Additional Information: The RN will provide comprehensive maternity care, assist with deliveries, monitor fetal and maternal health, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a state-of-the-art facility. Scrubs are provided on unit. The assignment begins on 07/20/2026.
