Description
Job Summary:
Cardiology Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) Traveler position available in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. This role involves triaging and assessing patient concerns, providing care coordination across cardiology services, and assisting with procedures such as Exercise Stress Tests and Tilt Table Tests. The candidate will perform EKGs, manage heart monitoring equipment, start IVs for diagnostic testing, and educate patients on cardiac conditions and treatments. Candidates are required to bring their Colorado RN license on the first day.

- Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours

- Required Qualifications: Current Colorado RN license in good standing; BLS and ACLS Certifications through the American Heart Association; 3 years of Cardiology-specific Clinic/Ambulatory experience; experience with EPIC electronic medical record system; valid driver's license; minimum of 0 years of experience; ability to work Monday-Friday dayshift

- Additional Information:
- The traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility.
- Out-of-state agencies must register in the Colorado healthcare personnel registry and specify their out-of-state address, with clarification in the Multiple Locations field.
- Ensure the correct Social Security Number and Date of Birth are entered in Medefis to prevent onboarding delays.
