Description
Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in Anaheim, California. This position involves providing specialized care to patients during high-risk labor and delivery in a busy healthcare setting. The role requires expertise in neonatal resuscitation and high-risk obstetric care, supporting the organizations commitment to maternal and neonatal health.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per day, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience; graduate of an accredited nursing program; valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing or related field; five (5) or more years of recent labor and delivery experience within the last two (2) years; one (1) year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last two (2) years; high risk obstetric (OB) experience preferred.
- Additional Information: This position involves delivering care for high-risk obstetric patients, utilizing skills in neonatal and obstetric emergency procedures, and supporting patient families through complex labor and delivery scenarios.
