A Nursing Home Registered Nurse position is available in Mauston, Wisconsin, within a long-term care facility. Job Details

• Location: Mauston, Wisconsin
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 07/13/2026
• Required Qualifications: Two-year degree in nursing required, four-year degree in nursing preferred; Wisconsin Registered Nursing license; current CPR/BLS certification; 1+ years of related work experience preferred; exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Responsibilities: Timely communication to physicians, families, etc., of significant changes in resident condition; completing all applicable resident assessments; administering medication while following the 5 Rights; performing wound care and assessments; assisting Certified Nursing Assistants with call lights; monitoring residents for changes in condition; acting as leader on the floor by assessing and directing situations; reporting allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation; maintaining detailed and accurate resident records; performing other related duties as requested.
