This position is for an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse in Birmingham, Alabama. The role involves providing direct patient care in a high-acuity environment, working nights on a 3x12 schedule. The assignment is for 13 weeks, with every other weekend scheduled off, offering a rewarding opportunity for experienced ICU nurses to contribute to patient outcomes in a dynamic setting.
Job Details
- Location: Birmingham, Alabama
- Shift Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, at least 2 years of experience in ICU nursing, cerner electronic medical record (EMR) experience, valid nursing license for Alabama, minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic health record systems, ICU-specific certifications such as CCRN preferred.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Unit type: ICU, shift time: 3x12, contract length: 13 weeks, schedule: every other weekend.
