Job Summary:
The Cardiovascular Clinical Laboratory (CCL) RN or Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or RCIS) position is based in Osage Beach, Missouri. This role involves working in a cardiac catheterization laboratory, providing specialized nursing or radiologic services in cardiovascular procedures. The assignment is for a duration of 13 weeks, with a start date as soon as possible, and includes a demanding call schedule to ensure patient coverage.

Job Details:

• Location: 54 Hospital Drive, Osage Beach, Missouri, 65065, United States
• Shift Schedule: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with on-call duties; weekdays are Monday through Thursday, with on-call from 4:00 PM to 7:30 AM; weekends are Friday through Sunday, with on-call from 4:00 PM Friday to 7:30 AM Monday. Response time for on-call is 30 minutes.

• Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Cath Lab setting, with experience in LHC, LERO, RHC, PM/ICD/BI-V insertion, and familiarity with Xper charting system
• Required Licenses: Registered Nurse (RN), American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
• Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Procedural Experience: Hands-on experience with impella, IABP (Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump), shockwave therapy, and Rotablation; ability to circulate/scrub cases if no prior monitoring experience with Xper charting system
• Case Volume: Approximately 8 cases on weekdays and 6 cases on weekends
• Equipment: Impella, IABP, shockwave devices, Rotablation equipment
• Additional Notes:
  • Housing discussion with traveler recommended due to peak tourism season and high housing costs
  • The position involves both circulating and scrub roles during procedures
  • Cancellation policy requires one shift per four weeks
  • Overnight call room is available
