Job Summary
Emergency Room Registered Nurse position located in Gardner, Massachusetts. This role involves assessing and providing patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting, prioritizing safety, effective interventions, and patient education. The role supports patient recovery, safety protocols, and interdisciplinary collaboration to deliver high-quality emergency care.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: AS in nursing with current Massachusetts license; 3-5 years Emergency Department experience preferred; ACLS certification upon hire or active BLS with AHA ACLS obtained within 60 days of hire; AHA PALS certification within six months of hire; TNCC, ENPC, and CEN certifications are preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: BS in nursing, additional certifications like TNCC, ENPC, and CEN are preferred.
• Additional Information: Provides comprehensive emergency nursing care, including assessment, intervention, medication administration, and documentation. Demonstrates ability to manage complex acute health situations, handle emergency procedures, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Ensures adherence to safety protocols and maintains competency in critical care procedures including airway management, medication titration, and interpretation of diagnostic data.
