Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical with Telemetry at a healthcare facility in Janesville, Wisconsin. The role involves providing patient care on skilled nursing units, with responsibilities including medication administration, documentation, patient care planning, and participation in performance improvement activities. The position is a short-term assignment with a duration of eight weeks, primarily scheduled during days from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
Job Details:
- Location: 1000 Mineral Point Ave, Janesville, WI 53548
- Schedule: 0.9 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) day shift from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with every third weekend and holiday rotation.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Wisconsin Registered Nurse license, current CPR certification, education verification.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Medical Surgical with Telemetry.
- Additional Information: Traveler may be asked to float to other inpatient units due to census. The assignment duration is approximately eight weeks.
