Job Details

• Location: 37000 N GANTZEL RD, SAN TAN VALLEY, AZ 85140

• Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts

• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours

• Start Date: 07/20/2026

• Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Must possess a current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or a temporary/interim RN license, with a valid compact RN license for current state of practice
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
  • Experience in an acute care hospital setting for a minimum of one year within the past 12 months, in the specialty area of Medical Surgical Nursing
  • Ability to assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs
  • Ability to formulate and implement a comprehensive care plan based on patient-specific needs
  • Ability to evaluate patient and family responses to care and accurately document all nursing activities and patient responses in the medical record
  • Ability to provide evidence-based care and participate in clinical practice research activities if applicable
  • Must meet all licensing and certification requirements specific to the facilitys location and employment policies

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in nursing or related field
  • Professional certifications relevant to medical-surgical nursing and patient care

• Additional Information:

  • Employees working at certain facilities must possess and maintain specific Fingerprint Clearance Cards pertinent to their work location, including Arizona or Colorado as applicable.
