Job Summary:
Registered Nurse specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in San Tan Valley, Arizona. Job Details:

• Location: 37000 N GANTZEL RD, SAN TAN VALLEY, AZ 85140
• Shift Hours: 12-hour shift
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Start Date: 07/20/2026
• Required Qualifications:
  • Current, valid RN license in state of practice, including temporary/interim RN license or compact licensure for current state of practice
  • BLS certification
  • Minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months in the specialty area
  • Additional certifications or continuing education may be required based on area of practice
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
  • Professional certification in relevant nursing specialty
• Additional Information:
  • Employees working at certain facilities must possess and maintain specific state-issued Fingerprint Clearance Cards throughout employment.
  • The position involves assessing patient needs across multiple domains, forming and implementing care plans, supervising nursing staff, and documenting patient care in accordance with policies and standards.
  • The RN will participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to excellent patient outcomes through evidence-based practice.
