Job Summary:
Home Healthcare Nurse in a home health setting. This role involves planning, organizing, and managing patient care in patients' homes, providing independent nursing services while collaborating with other healthcare disciplines to achieve care goals. The position requires managing a patient caseload effectively, conducting comprehensive assessments, and delivering safe, high-quality clinical care to meet patient needs throughout the assignment duration.

Job Details:

• Shift: Rotating, 8 hours per shift
• Schedule: 8 hours shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN); preferred experience in acute care facility or home care; valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the practicing state; CPR or BLS certification from an approved vendor per agency policy; valid Drivers License (DL) at least 21 years of age or older; current automobile insurance and reliable vehicle.
• Additional Information: Responsible for performing initial and ongoing patient assessments, implementing and adjusting care plans, documenting patient progress, and educating patients and families on healthcare needs. On call duties may be assigned based on location and operational needs. The assignment begins on 08/31/2026 and concludes on 11/29/2026.
• Experience: No minimum years of experience required beyond the general qualification of 0 years.
