The Nurse Manager (Home Health) position is located in Sonora, California. Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Valid Driver's License (DL) and must be at least 21 years of age or older; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per organization policy; On call duties will be assigned based on location and agency operational needs.
• Preferred Qualifications: Acute care facility or home care experience.
• Additional Information: Incumbent is required to perform on call duties if assigned by agency leadership. The position involves on-site care delivery and adherence to all applicable legal and organizational standards.
