Job Summary
The operating room (OR) registered nurse (RN) position is located in Lodi, California. The role involves delivering coordinated nursing care for patients within the surgical department, ensuring adherence to established standards and the nursing process. The RN will supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Job Details
- Location: 975 South Fairmont Avenue, Lodi, CA 95240
- Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, RN licensure in the state of practice required, CPR or BLS certification from approved vendor required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Operating Room (OR) experience, acute care facility experience, additional certifications relevant to perioperative nursing are a plus.
- Responsibilities: Collects relevant patient data, analyzes assessment information, develops and implements care plans, evaluates patient progress, and collaborates with healthcare teams. Roles include discharge planning, delegating duties, and providing health education to patients and families.
- Additional Information: All associates must receive required vaccinations as a condition of employment. The organization participates in E-Verify.
