Job Summary:

Job Details:

• Location: 975 South Fairmont Avenue, Lodi, California, 95240
• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Registration as a Nurse (RN) in the state of practice required
  • CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
  • Zero years of experience minimum required
• Essential Functions:
  • Collect relevant patient health data and analyze assessments
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
  • Coordinate care delivery and promote health and safety
  • Provide patient, family, and team education
  • Participate in discharge planning and ensure continuity of care
  • Delegate duties appropriately and monitor team performance
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
