Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse with specialized experience in Medical Surgical Rehabilitation for a position located in Northport, Alabama. This role involves providing patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, supporting recovery goals for patients post-acute hospitalization. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment dedicated to improving patient outcomes through advanced therapy equipment and comprehensive medical monitoring.

Job Details:

• Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts
• Schedule: 36 hours per week, starting on 08/03/2026
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Alabama or a Compact license; AHA BLS or Red Cross certification; 2 years of professional experience, or 18 months of experience under the highest level of licensure with at least 1 year in the specialty
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on a Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor; recent clinical experience in rehab nursing or related specialty
• Float: Float rotation may be required to other units/hospitals
• Additional Information: Willingness to work holidays as required and every other holiday; Timesheet approver: Lacey Dice; this position is patient-facing and not remote; clinical role requiring scrubs in solid navy color. Parking is available on-site.
