Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical (MS) in Worcester, Massachusetts. This position involves providing direct clinical care to patients in a non-trauma hospital setting, with shift options including 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts. The role requires responsible assessment, planning, and supervision of patient care, supporting high-quality nursing operations.

Job Details:

• Location: Worcester, Massachusetts
• Schedule: Days shift; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, associate or bachelors degree in nursing, minimum of 0 years experience, located in the state of Massachusetts
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Medical Surgical (MS) nursing; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: This is not a trauma hospital; travelers can park in visitor parking and must enter on the North side, crossing over to the south side to take the elevator to the 1st floor. Nurses will use dedicated scrubs matching staff. The OR call rotation includes one first call shift from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., one second call shift from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., and one weekend day every other month. The role supports the facility Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high standards of patient care, staff competency, and resource management.
