Job Summary:
Home Healthcare Nurse Lebanon, Pennsylvania. This position involves providing patient care in a home setting, primarily for adults and geriatric patients. The role includes assessments, wound care, medication management, and various clinical procedures, ensuring quality care in a community-based environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Must have at least 2 years of experience, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), and an active Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Location requirements include candidates residing within 50 miles of Lebanon, Pennsylvania.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adult and geriatric patient care, working with Epic charting system, and home health experience are highly valued.
• Additional Information:
  • Candidate may care for COVID-19 patients.
  • The work environment is tobacco and fragrance-free; candidates should notify prior to submission if applicable.
  • RTO (Return to Office) requests are preferred to be limited to 7 days.
  • The role may require travel outside the assigned region based on patient volume.
  • No license hits are accepted for licensing; a valid Pennsylvania license is required for pharmacists or pharmacy technicians.
  • Certification in AHA or ARC standards only.
  • Travelers must complete and pass an EKG exam within 72 hours of signing the contract if applicable.
