The Medical Surgical (MS) registered nurse position is based in Georgetown, Texas. This role involves providing high-quality patient care on a medical-surgical floor, supporting the organizations commitment to excellent healthcare delivery. The assignment is scheduled to begin on August 3, 2026, and offers a comprehensive clinical environment for professional growth.

Job Details:

• Location: Georgetown, Texas
• Shift: Nights (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Position: One (1) RN for Medical Surgical Floor
• Years of Experience: 0.0 or more years of relevant clinical experience required
• Qualifications: Valid RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification are required. Additional qualifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Rhythm Interpretation are preferred.
• Unit Information:
  • Bed Capacity: 14 beds
  • Staff: 3 RNs, 1 Patient Care Technician (PCT) on each shift
  • Patient Ratio: 1:5
  • Equipment: Alaris Pumps, Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system is MEDITECH
  • Typical procedures include bronchoscopies and EGD/colonoscopy
• Personnel: Candidates with flexibility and strong teamwork skills are ideal. Uniforms require navy-colored scrubs.
