Job Summary:
This ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Registered Nurse position is located in Antigo, Wisconsin. The role involves providing specialized critical care in a small, two-bed ICU with potential flexible bed capacity. The incumbent will be responsible for managing ICU patients, including occasional ventilator care, within a dynamic environment that requires adaptability and clinical excellence.

Job Details:

• Location: Antigo, Wisconsin
• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts every weekend, with variable hours based on a rotating schedule
• Schedule: 36 hours per week, with a 13-week contract starting on 07/20/2026
• Required Qualifications: WI RN license, BLS, and ACLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross certifications), 2+ years of ICU experience, Epic charting experience, Associate Degree or Certificate in Nursing, minimum of 2 years ICU experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Float: Float to similar units, occasionally to other affiliated locations such as Merrill, Medford, Stanley, and Wausau; may float to med/surg units and take med/surg patients if no ICU patients are available
• Additional Information: Scrubs are provided; travelers can be on call for low census hours, which count toward unbillable hours. Call back pay is available with a minimum of 2 hours. During flu season, unvaccinated travelers are required to wear masks at all times per facility policy.
