Job Summary:
This Long Term Care (LTC) position is located in Medford, Wisconsin. The role involves providing skilled nursing care within a facility setting, with responsibilities tailored to both short-term and long-term residents. The position offers flexibility in shift times and includes opportunities for floatation across multiple units to meet operational needs.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Variable shiftsday, evening, night; 8 and 12-hour shifts; minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: State license in Wisconsin (WI RN license), BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross), at least 2 years of experience in skilled nursing facilities or long-term care settings, strong medication administration skills, associate degree or certificate in nursing, ability to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays, and experience in a skilled nursing setting
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Float: Float rotation may be required to short-term, long-term, and CBRF units. On-call for low census hours may be possible, with call back pay applicable.
• Additional Information: The facility requires adherence to flu and COVID vaccination policies during flu season, including mask-wearing for unvaccinated staff. Scrubs must be clean and work-appropriate. The contract duration is 13 weeks, with the start date on 07/20/2026.
