Job Summary:
Pediatric Psychology profession, specializing in adolescent mental health, is seeking a qualified healthcare professional for a position at a psychiatric hospital. This role involves providing care to adolescents aged 13-17 in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on assessments, medication administration, and patient management. Job Details:

• Location: Adolescent Unit at a psychiatric hospital, 2960 Sleepy Hollow Road, Falls Church, VA, 22044
• Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications including BLS (Basic Life Support) and CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute), experience working in behavioral health, Meditech electronic medical record experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with adolescents aged 13-17.
• Unit Information:
  • Number of beds: 43
  • Staff: 40 members including 2 ACMs, 6 RNs, 9 techs (day shift) and 2 ACMs, 5 RNs, 7 techs (night shift)
  • Patient ratios: 6:1
  • Equipment: Pyxis medication system, Meditech EMR
• Additional Information:

• Float: Float rotation may be required.
