Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) Templeton, California. This position involves providing exceptional patient care in a 122-bed acute care facility, with responsibilities including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. The RN will coordinate and delegate duties, ensuring adherence to established nursing standards while fostering teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Location: Templeton, California
• Shift Time: Nights (1900 0730)
• Shift Hours: 12 hours
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Valid Licenses/Certifications: Current RN license in California; Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire
• Education & Experience: Graduate of a school of nursing; one-year recent acute care RN experience
• Essential Functions: Meet patient needs, assist in noise reduction, demonstrate team commitment, maintain privacy, complete documentation clearly, recognize emergencies, administer medications following hospital policies, participate in staff training, and ensure accurate charge documentation.
• Organization's Commitment: Complies with vaccination policies and participates in E-Verify.
