Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to support a busy surgical unit. The role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on adult and geriatric patient populations. The successful candidate will work night shifts on a 12-hour schedule starting August 3, 2026, in a facility that offers a variety of medical and surgical services.

Job Details:

• Location: Clyde, North Carolina
• Schedule: Nights, 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, starting 08/03/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent, minimum of 0 years of experience, must be able to work the scheduled nights shift
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in medical-surgical nursing, familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Paragon, strong patient care skills
• Unit Information:
  • Bed Capacity: 39 beds
  • Patient Ratios: 1 Nurse to approximately 4 patients
  • Population Served: Adult and Geriatric patients
  • Equipment: Standard patient care equipment
• Additional Information: This position involves working with adult and geriatric patient populations, including patients with diagnoses such as fractures, COPD, hypertension, chest pain, congestive heart failure, and other common medical conditions. The candidate must be adaptable to the clinical environment and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced setting.
