Job Summary:
Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) position in Fort Mill, South Carolina. This role involves providing direct patient care to individuals on the telemetry unit, assessing patient conditions, and supervising clinical staff. The position requires supporting the facility's leadership to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and resource management.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, at least 0 years of experience, located in South Carolina or willing to relocate within the state, and relevant clinical experience in telemetry nursing
• Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are highly preferred
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The Telemetry Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per shift basis. The role includes supervising staff to ensure delivery of appropriate care and supporting the facility Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to uphold quality and safety standards.
